Reproduction request: Codex turn-diff checkpoint refs under refs/codex/turn-diffs/checkpoints/ may retain large git tree/blob objects in the p

## Body

    What I found:
Codex turn-diff checkpoints use refs/codex/turn-diffs/checkpoints/ refs that point at git tree objects holding project snapshots.
After verifying stashes and unreachable commits, git gc --prune can reclaim unreachable blob space but does not prevent Codex from creating new checkpoint objects later.

    Evidence:

    Still unknown:
Whether a specific Codex Desktop or CLI release after 26.616.51431 / 0.159.2 adds checkpoint pruning, .gitignore-aware snapshots, or size caps.

    Useful next check:
Whether a specific Codex Desktop or CLI release after 26.616.51431 / 0.159.2 adds checkpoint pruning, .gitignore-aware snapshots, or size caps.
