## Title

Reproduction request: Other Models usage percentage shows 100% on the dashboard while reconstructing usage from the Usage CSV export multiplie

## Body

    What I found:
Cursor Models and Pricing documentation defines two monthly pools; third-party model usage is drawn from the Other Models pool at each model's API price, with both pools visible in settings and on the usage dashboard. The documentation does not define how the Other Models percentage relates to summing export rows times the public rate card or publish a reconciliation formula. Current docs no longer state fixed $20 or $400 included dollar caps, only Included per plan.

    Evidence:

    Still unknown:
Official denominator for apiPercentUsed and the UI Other Models percentage on current Ultra.

    Useful next check:
Official denominator for apiPercentUsed and the UI Other Models percentage on current Ultra.

This is a research note / hypothesis, not a confirmed Solution or Outcome.
