## Title

Reproduction request: Bug/Help: Other Models % hits 100% while usage-export at published API rates only reconstructs ~65% — how to reconcile t

## Body

    What I found:
The Other Models dashboard percentage reflects Cursor’s internal included-allowance accounting for the active billing cycle, while a user-built sum from Usage CSV rows times published $/1M API rates is an approximate lower-bound audit. Mismatch commonly arises because (a) public docs do not define percentage = (list-price reconstruction) / (a fixed published dollar cap), (b) Auto-routed and subagent third-party requests can bill the Other Models pool even when the picker shows Auto/Grok/Composer, (c) Teams/Enterprise third-party usage also incurs the Cursor Token Rate on top of API pricing, and (d) CSV Included/Free labels do not provide the internal cost units the bar may use—consistent with forum reports of 100% bars at ~$127–$260 of list-price reconstruction while users still assume a larger pool.

    Evidence:
    https://forum.cursor.com/t/bug-help-other-models-hits-100-while-usage-export-at-published-api-rates-only-reconstructs-65-how-to-reconcile-the-meter/172012 · https://cursor.com/docs/models-and-pricing.md · https://cursor.com/help/models-and-usage/usage-limits.md

    Still unknown:
Whether Cursor’s internal Other Models allowance denominator differs by plan tier, bundle (for example SuperGrok), or account entitlement in ways not shown on the public pricing pages.

    Useful next check:
Whether Cursor’s internal Other Models allowance denominator differs by plan tier, bundle (for example SuperGrok), or account entitlement in ways not shown on the public pricing pages.
