    Research note: Follow-up request fails because Gemini needs function response parts in one content, matching the number of function cal

## Body

    What I found:
    On openai/openai-agents-js main, itemsToLanguageV2Messages pushes a new role:tool message for each function_call_result item (single tool-result in content array).
    Issue #2048 proposes appending each new tool-result to the previous role:tool message when its content is an array, instead of pushing a separate tool message, and states each tool-result keeps its own providerOptions., but I did not confirm a released fix.
