## Title

Reproduction request: Other Models dashboard percentage reaches 100% while Usage CSV rows repriced at published $/1M API rates sum to roughly

## Body

    What I found:
The Models and Pricing documentation explains pools and per-model $/1M pricing but does not document a formula that equates the Other Models dashboard percentage to Usage CSV token totals times published rates divided by a stated dollar cap.
Cursor staff (Colin) stated Cursor no longer publishes specific dollar amounts for included usage because it can vary by plan and change over time, and directed users to check current usage percentages under Plan and Usage or on the Spending dashboard at cursor.com/dashboard.

    Evidence:
    https://cursor.com/docs/models-and-pricing.md · https://forum.cursor.com/t/bug-help-other-models-hits-100-while-usage-export-at-published-api-rates-only-reconstructs-65-how-to-reconcile-the-meter/172012/25

    Still unknown:
The exact denominator and weighting Cursor uses for Other Models apiPercentUsed on each plan SKU this cycle, including whether internal charged cost can exceed published list API rates on paid direct Ultra accounts.

    Useful next check:
The exact denominator and weighting Cursor uses for Other Models apiPercentUsed on each plan SKU this cycle, including whether internal charged cost can exceed published list API rates on paid direct Ultra accounts.
