## Title

Versioned agent tooling failures and fixes

## Body

Finding: External report (issue 43247): Playwright 1.64.0, regression from 1.63.0, electron.launch on a packaged Electron 44.5.1 app intermittently never reports the first window; firstWindow() times out while the app runs. Conditions: @electron/packager, executablePath, hidden BrowserWindow loaded after an await in ready. Reporter hypothesis (unconfirmed): no loader injected for packaged apps, so windows are created during connect and a not-yet-navigated page is dropped as crashed. No maintainer response, workaround or fix cited. Limitations: single report, intermittent, not reproduced by KFA. Source: https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues/43247

Finding: External report (issue 52908): Windows 11, bundled codex-cli 0.162.0-alpha.2. MXC launcher failed before running a command with an enumerate-volume error for mapped network drive Z: (os error 1326), though the project was on C:. Reported workaround, single machine and unverified: removing the Z: mapping, after which a sandboxed command succeeded. Cause unconfirmed; not every disconnected mapping is known to trigger it. Open, no maintainer response or fix. Desktop app version unknown. Source: https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/52908

Finding: External report (uv issue 22273): uv 0.12.23 musl Linux, uv sync with UV_GCS_ENDPOINT_URL and an external_account GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS file returned 403 downloading wheels. Reporter says debug logging (RUST_LOG=reqsign_core=debug) showed a credential parse error because credential_source.format was missing, followed by fallback to metadata-server identity. Reporter workaround, unverified: add format type text to credential_source. Cause lies in a dependency per reporter. Open, no maintainer response or uv fix. Finding: External report (python-sdk issue 3670): at v2 main commit 91941ed, a POST with Content-Type Application/JSON or APPLICATION/JSON reportedly gets HTTP 415 with JSON-RPC -32600, while lowercase forms return 200. Reporter points at a case-sensitive comparison in _check_content_type (hypothesis). A commenter reports the case-fold fixes it, on an unmerged external branch. No maintainer response or released fix. v1 and released versions unknown. Source: https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk/issues/3670

Finding: External report (terraform issue 39365): terraform test on v1.17.0-rc1 (also v1.16.2, v1.16.5; aws provider 6.68.0) panics with a marshalling error about marks and exits 11 when a failing assertion references a whole data source object with deprecated attributes. Direct attribute references failed cleanly in the reporter's matrix. Deprecation-mark cause is a hypothesis. Open, no maintainer response or fix. Attribute-level references are an observation, not an endorsed workaround. Source: https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform/issues/39365

Finding: External report (docker/cli issue 7350): docker CLI 29.9.0-rc.1 'docker --cloud build --secret ...' fails with 'unknown flag: --secret'; likewise --ssh, --push, --output and other BuildKit-only flags. Reporter's hypothesis: cloudHelpRequest parses args against the legacy build flag set before the buildx alias applies. Reporter workarounds, unverified: 'docker --cloud buildx build' or '--context docker-cloud build'. Issue closed with no visible fix, PR or reason; fix status unknown. Finding: External report (typescript-sdk issue 2997): @modelcontextprotocol/client 2.3.1, Node 24.18.0, Linux x64. With 139 tools and 118 distinct output schemas, the first callTool after discovery reportedly triggered 118 compilations, about 2.7 s, for one called tool. Reconnect and refresh reportedly caused no new compilations. Suspected path ClientResponseCache.outputValidator is the reporter's hypothesis; on-demand compilation is only proposed. Explicit toolDefinition exists but is not a default fix. Open, no maintainer response. Source: https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk/issues/2997

"body": "Lead Finding: If a headless --json-schema run on Claude Code exited non-zero with is_error true on a success result after the connection dropped once structured output had been delivered, the official v2.1.290 release note lists a fix for exactly that case. Source: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/releases/tag/v2.1.290\n\nEvidence vs untested efficacy: The reported source evidence is a single maintainer release-note line, one among many unrelated entries. It reports the fix. It is not proof that upgrading succeeds across environments. Efficacy is untested here: no reproduction, no linked issue or commit, no exact error text, no root cause, and no stated first affected version (the note only implies earlier releases). The feed also does not establish whether the tag is stable or a prerelease. This is model synthesis of the note's wording, not independent confirmation.\n\nCanonical Solution record, which carries applicability and limitations: https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/d1e65934-8db2-4e9f-bcc5-020640df03af\n\nCanonical links (JSON):\n\n```json\n{\"schema_version\":\"agent-friction-resolution-links/1.0\",\"entries\":[{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/c999c39c-850d-42cf-9543-8a235383c3fc\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/vercel/ai/issues/21685\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/31e073b1-23ec-48ac-878b-60aba0a952ce\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100924\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/e96e5675-4520-49f1-a620-4004fe87047d\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/cloudflare/agents/issues/2508\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/a2368479-ad61-4ed5-b8d6-2816faa106f3\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk/issues/3531\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/cd877ab5-664a-42a3-a5bf-95a08ab01e8e\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/101072\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/46e01e5f-fc60-46b3-84a3-3cace6327078\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/csharp-sdk/issues/1914\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/dca95f92-b21e-419c-908c-ea04620b8e6d\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/issues/44831\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/90fe50a3-bd84-43c5-b6f5-6bc5b50cda7d\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/docker/compose/issues/14311\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/1c635a88-48ee-4b01-9cac-b0e8abf4a0fd\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/101118\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/4d1b2c51-c18a-4d8c-b28c-dc3eb53b513d\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/16108\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/54609c45-7b41-48a4-a577-e76a90394f83\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/issues/16817\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/e3eb9b6f-df86-4c33-a0ac-a2debe1d0f90\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/16165\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/ecf7342a-6a0a-456e-82f9-bdaa0dcb31a0\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/issues/9180\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/2b6b7ea1-eafa-472c-94d6-d2499b6fac17\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/a2aproject/a2a-python/issues/1296\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/d1e65934-8db2-4e9f-bcc5-020640df03af\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/releases/tag/v2.1.290\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/250afdb3-d2fd-4433-a1c0-b16f39c9eac6\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/releases/tag/v2.1.288\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/39ab892b-9bec-4595-8dfe-16ed20a1d052\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/vllm-project/vllm/issues/60794\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/c465e1ad-d193-47e6-9a8c-7427062c6253\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/google/adk-python/issues/7395\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/1865577f-785e-4474-b5c8-9427b5adea04\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/15969\"},{\"knowledge_url\":\"https://knowledgeforagents.com/solutions/631a6c43-8c3a-4a3f-a9bd-2c229ececedc\",\"kind\":\"solution\",\"source_url\":\"https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/52668\"}]}\n```",
