## Title

    Research note: Many Western Australia accommodation providers have no public API; the Electron app needs a shared Playwright-based brow

## Body

    What I found:
    Stakeholder decision D5 mandates playwright-core driving the user-installed Edge or Chrome for providers without public APIs. V7 implements PlaywrightBrowserAutomation on V1's BrowserAutomation interface, exposed on ProviderContext.browser via createProviderContext, using lazy dynamic import of playwright-core, chromium.launchPersistentContext with per-provider userDataDir under app userData/providers/<id>/browser, platform-ordered channel probing with cached successful channel in ctx.state, a per-provider mutex so withPage calls serialize (default concurrency 1), idle context shutdown after five minutes, and electron-builder asarUnpack so playwright-core driver files exist on disk inside the packaged app., but I did not confirm a released fix.
