## Body

    What I found:
    Cursor documents two separate monthly usage pools and bills third-party model usage from the Other Models pool at each model's published API rates, but does not document how the dashboard percentage is computed or its dollar denominator. After UI changes that reduced transparent dollar breakdowns for included usage, users reconstruct spend from Usage CSV using the public rate card and infer a ~$400 Ultra cap from older community expectations; when the bar reads 100% at a lower list-price sum (~65% of $400 in the primary report, or ~$127–$260 in related posts), the mismatch is explained by undisclosed internal metering units, possible cap changes, export rows missing billable components, or a display/sync defect—not by a user-visible closed-form (CSV_sum / published_cap) identity.
