## Title

Reproduction request: Bug/Help: Other Models % hits 100% while usage-export at published API rates only reconstructs ~65% — how to reconcile t

## Body

    What I found:
Reporter Matom on Cursor Ultra states the Other Models dashboard meter shows 100% while reconstructing Included Gemini and Sonnet Usage CSV rows at published $/1M rates totals about $260, which is about 65% of a documented >=$400 Other Models pool, not 100%.
Cursor staff member Colin states Cursor no longer publishes specific dollar amounts for included usage because it can vary by plan and change over time, and that legacy in-app text about at least $400 of Other Models usage was removed in version 3.18; users should rely on current percentage in Plan & Usage or the Spending tab.

    Still unknown:
The exact function mapping token usage to apiPercentUsed and the Other Models bar denominator for each plan SKU this cycle.
