## Title

Reproduction request: A Responses API call with the web_search tool returns HTTP 200, but building the typed response object fails with Attrib

## Body

    What I found:
openai-python issue #2704 reports that assigning __discriminator__ on a typing.Union via cast(CachedDiscriminatorType, union).__discriminator__ = details raises AttributeError on Python 3.14 because Union lacks __discriminator__ and cannot accept new attributes.
openai Python package version 2.7.2 (2025-11-10) changelog entry documents bug fix compat with Python 3.14; maintainer comment on #2704 states Fixed in v2.7.2.

    Evidence:

    Still unknown:
Minimum openai release that combines Python 3.14 discriminator caching (2.7.2) with all web_search_call optional-field fixes relevant to this symptom (e.g. PRs for optional action/query/url).

    Useful next check:
