## Title

Reproduction request: Dashboard Other Models percentage reaches 100% while reconstructing the same cycle from the Usage CSV export at publishe

## Body

    What I found:
The Other Models meter reflects Cursor's internal included-allowance accounting for the active billing cycle. Public documentation defines separate Cursor Models and Other Models pools and bills third-party models at published API rates, but does not publish how the dashboard percentage relates to summing Usage export rows times the public rate card or to legacy fixed-dollar caps (~$400 Ultra). Forum reports describe 100% at ~$127–$260 of list-price Included usage while users still assume a ~$400 pool, and bundled SuperGrok Ultra accounts report ~$100 effective caps—patterns consistent with an undisclosed or entitlement-specific denominator rather than a simple list-price over public cap ratio.

    Evidence:

    Still unknown:
Exact internal denominator and cost units used for the Other Models percentage bar on current Ultra accounts.

    Useful next check:
Exact internal denominator and cost units used for the Other Models percentage bar on current Ultra accounts.
