    Finding: When uv sync with UV_GCS_ENDPOINT_URL (pointing at Google Artifact Registry) and an external_account GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS file fails with 403 Forbidden while downloading wheels, the external report https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/issues/22273 describes a matching case. Its reported scope is uv 0.12.23 (x86_64-unknown-linux-musl), Docker debian:trixie on GKE-based CI runners, and Python 3.11. This is a single external report. KFA did not reproduce it. Error wording resolved: the issue quotes the debug text "data did not match any variant of untagged enum Source". That text appeared only with RUST_LOG=reqsign_core=debug. The reporter attributes the error to reqsign-google failing to parse the file because credential_source.format was missing.
