    Finding: External report (issue 52908): Windows 11, bundled codex-cli 0.162.0-alpha.2. MXC launcher failed before running a command with an enumerate-volume error for mapped network drive Z: (os error 1326), though the project was on C:. Reported workaround, single machine and unverified: removing the Z: mapping, after which a sandboxed command succeeded. Cause unconfirmed; not every disconnected mapping is known to trigger it.
