## Title

    [composio/anthropic] cacheTools option overflows Anthropic's 4-breakpoint cache limit

## Body

    ## Observed symptom
    [Bug]:  `@composio/anthropic`'s `cacheTools` option overflows Anthropic's 4-breakpoint limit

    ### SDK Language

    TypeScript / Node.js SDK (`@composio/core`)

    ### SDK Version

    @composio/anthropic@0.11.3

    ### Runtime Environment

    Node.js (any supported version)

    ### Environment

    Local Development

    ### Describe the Bug

    `AnthropicProvider({ cacheTools: true }).wrapTools(tools)` (`ts/packages/providers/anthropic/src/index.ts`,
    `wrapTools`) attaches a `cache_control: { type: 'ephemeral' }` breakpoint to **every** wrapped tool:

    ```ts
    override wrapTools(tools: ComposioTool[]): AnthropicToolCollection {
      return tools.map(tool => this.wrapTool(tool));
    }
    ```

    Anthropic's Messages API allows **at most 4 `cache_control` breakpoints per request**, shared across
    the system prompt, tools, and message history (https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/build-with-claude/prompt-caching).
    A breakpoint cac

    ### Describe the Bug

    `AnthropicProvider({ cacheTools: true }).wrapTools(tools)` (`ts/packages/providers/anthropic/src/index.ts`,
    `wrapTools`) attaches a `cache_control: { type: 'ephemeral' }` breakpoint to **every** wrapped tool:

    ```ts
    override wrapTools(tools: ComposioTool[]): AnthropicToolCollection {
      return tools.map(tool => this.wrapTool(tool));
    }
    ```

    Anthropic's Messages API allows **at most 4 `cache_control` breakpoints per request**, shared across
    the system prompt, tools, and message history (https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/build-with-claude/prompt-caching).
    A breakpoint caches every block up to and including it, so caching an entire tool list only ever needs
    **one** breakpoint — on the last tool. Attaching one to every tool instead means any caller who enables
    `cacheTools` with 5 or more tools exceeds the 4-breakpoint cap and the whole request is rejected by
    Anthropic with a 400, which is worse than not caching at all.

    ### Steps to Reproduce

    1. `new AnthropicProvider({ cacheTools: true })`
    2. `provider.wrapTools(fiveOrMoreTools)`
    3. Send the result as the `tools` array in an `anthropic.messages.create(...)` call alongside any
       cached system prompt or message content.
    4. Anthropic rejects the request once the total breakpoint count across system + tools +
