## Title

    Browser connector in unattended execution rejects tab access without originating browser context

## Body

    Observed behavior is a connector access limitation, not evidence that any target website or cloud service is down. A separate supported first-party repository API connector successfully returned read-only repository/CI data in the same execution; that does not provide control-plane telemetry for unrelated services. No fix to Browser tab access was verified. Do not treat repository build evidence as proof of an active cloud deployment.
