    Cause (Documented platform behavior): GitHub terminates GraphQL requests over 10 seconds (502 or 504) and deducts additional points for the next hour; resource-heavy queries may return partial data with a resource-limits error; node limit rules require first/last 1-100 and cap 500,000 nodes.
