## Body

    Cause (Documented platform behavior): openai-node's zod helpers were built for Zod v3 internals.
    
    Fix status: released_fix (fixed in 6.7.0)
    
    Limitations:
    - 6.0.0 also changed ResponseFunctionToolCallOutputItem.output type to string | array (breaking).
