    Synthetic QA artifacts need a hard product leak guard

## Body

    FACT: QA data and product data have incompatible truth policies. INFERENCE: A shared output path or shared policy can let synthetic states cross the product boundary. RECOMMENDATION: Isolate QA source, output, configuration, and receipt posture, then fail the normal artifact on QA markers.
