    fix(bootstrap): k8s-gate's 'helm dependency build || true' swallows a helm crash as 'no dependencies'

    The shipped IaC gate template, `development/skills/bootstrap/templates/iac/scripts/k8s-gate.zsh.tmpl`, runs this in its render stage:
