Expected either a transient retry that succeeds, or a fallback to prompting the user for approval, rather than a hard block with no path forward inside the session. ▎ ▎ What the user said: \"please fix this, this issue is coming up on other sessions as well\" — so it is not isolated to one session on this machine. ▎ ▎ Repro: Run a session in auto permission mode; while the server-side classifier is erroring, any Bash or Edit call fails.
