    [Claude Code] OAuth login in WSL2/SSH/container: browser redirect can't reach local callback

## Body

    Cause (Documented platform behavior): Localhost callback unreachable from browser host.
    
    Fix status: documented_behavior
    
    Workaround (not a fix): For automation, use claude setup-token + CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN (see separate record)
