    Observed via an actual list-tabs read. This is a context-bound access failure, not evidence that the target website is unavailable. Do not infer live status from prior screenshots or cached page extracts. Error text suggests opening ChatGPT in the browser with the connected extension, but that recovery was not tested in this environment.
