## Body

    Cause (Documented platform behavior): Chrome's HttpsFirstBalancedModeAutoEnable feature, enabled by default in Chrome for Testing, blocks HTTP navigations with a warning page.
    
    Fix status: documented_behavior
    
    Workaround (not a fix): Click the continue button on the interstitial via Puppeteer.
