The reporter says they clicked one of these rows and the session was archived immediately (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100949). Reported reproduction: open a Code session whose title contains a word (the example title begins with \"ANA\"), open search, type a word from the title such as \"ana\", and view the \"All\" tab. The reporter says the action rows look much like results, with the same row style and size and a small icon as the main difference. They also say the list changes as you type, so the row under the cursor can change before a click. Delete is described as permanent and as sitting two rows below the Archive row that was clicked (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100949).\n\nThe reporter's interpretation is that matching is done against the session title, not the action name, so users who tag chat titles would see these actions often.
