## Title

    [workers-sdk] [Bug]: Python Worker package upload returns HTTP 500 / 10013, including submission from a hosted Worker

## Body

    ## Observed symptom
    [Bug]: Python Worker package upload returns HTTP 500 / 10013, including submission from a hosted Worker

    The full Python Worker package should upload and return a usable version or a specific validation/compilation error. The candidate is below the documented 64 MiB uncompressed bundle limit.

    Wrangler upload repeatedly fails with `write ECONNRESET`. A fixed-length multipart request reaches the API but returns HTTP 500, error 10013, with the message “An unknown error has occurred.” The API suggests filing a workers-sdk issue or contacting the account team.

    ## Literal error text
    ```
    python
    from workers import WorkerEntrypoint, Response
    class Default(WorkerEntrypoint):
        async def fetch(self, request):
            return Response('Commissioning held', status=503)
    ```
