    Cause (Documented platform behavior): Package ships prebuilds only for some platforms/ABIs; install scripts that would compile a fallback were skipped (--ignore-scripts, pnpm onlyBuiltDependencies) or failed; bundlers relocate the code so 'loaded from' points to the bundle dir.
