Reported conditions: the reporter called ReadResourceAsync with the template test://resource/{+name} and the argument value \"hello\" followed by U+1F600, using a connected in-memory client/server fixture with a handler that echoes the requested URI. The expected URI was test://resource/hello%F0%9F%98%80 (UTF-8 percent-encoding). The reported stack passes through System.Text.Rune..ctor(Char), UriTemplate.Encode (UriTemplate.cs:467), AppendHex (UriTemplate.cs:487), FormatUri and McpClient.ReadResourceAsync (McpClient.Methods.cs:596).
