    Docker Desktop 4.93.0 Dashboard fails: GPU child crashes normally; renderer crashes with --disable-gpu-sandbox
    
    This appears related to #551, but the environment and failure mode differ. In my case, Docker Desktop 4.93.0 still fails on Windows 11 26H2 with an RTX 3090 Ti, and a one-shot `--disable-gpu-sandbox` test suppresses the repeated GPU-child failure but exposes a renderer `STATUS_BREAKPOINT` instead.
    
    Docker Desktop 4.93.0 Dashboard does not load on Windows 11 Pro 26H2 (build 26300.9550), although the backend and Docker Engine reach the running state and read-only `docker version` / `docker info` succeed.
