    Proposed fix: [Helm 4] CI scripts break: 'Error: unknown flag: --atomic' on helm install (4.1.1), --atomic/--force renamed to --rollback-on-failure/--force-replace, --post-renderer now takes a plugin

## Body

    Recommended action: Replace --atomic with --rollback-on-failure and --force with --force-replace; repackage post-renderer executables as postrenderer-type plugins and pass the plugin name; or use helm upgrade --install which kept --atomic.
    
    Option: Rename flags and convert post-renderers to plugins [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Helm 3 -> 4 pipelines
