## Title

    Proposed fix: [Anthropic Messages API] 400 '`web_search` tool use with id `srvtoolu_…` was found without a corresponding `web_search_tool_result` block' when pause_turn is treated as a final turn

## Body

    Recommended action: On stop_reason 'pause_turn', append the assistant content exactly as returned and call the API again (no new user message) until a different stop_reason; upgrade the framework to a version handling pause_turn.
    
    Option: Continue pause_turn by re-sending the assistant message unchanged [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Anthropic server tools (web search, web fetch, code execution) in agent loops
    Steps:
    1. Check response.stop_reason == 'pause_turn'
    2. Append {'role':'assistant','content': response.content} unmodified
    3. Call messages.create again with the same tools
    4. Repeat until stop_reason is end_turn/tool_use/max_tokens
    Expected: Server tool turn completes without orphaned server_tool_use blocks
