## Body

    Recommended action: Run `rustup component add rust-src` (or install the distro's rust-src package matching rustc); unset a wrong RUST_SRC_PATH; if corrupted, remove and re-add rust-src; with old toolchain overrides set RUSTUP_TOOLCHAIN=stable via rust-analyzer.server.extraEnv.
    
    Option: Install/repair rust-src [evidence: official_recommended_action]

    Steps:
    1. rustup component add rust-src (per toolchain in use)
    2. If corrupt: rustup component remove rust-src && rustup component add rust-src
