    Recommended action: Install with `pip install --platform manylinux2014_x86_64 (or manylinux2014_aarch64) --target <dir> --implementation cp --python-version <runtime> --only-binary=:all: ...`, or build inside a Linux container matching the runtime; verify the .so suffix matches sysconfig EXT_SUFFIX of the runtime.
