    Proposed fix: [LangGraph add_messages] ValueError "Attempting to delete a message with an ID that doesn't exist" when returning RemoveMessage for unknown ids

## Body

    Recommended action: Build RemoveMessage ids from the current state messages (state["messages"][i].id), de-duplicate them, and avoid removing the same id twice in parallel branches; use REMOVE_ALL_MESSAGES to clear history.
    
    Option: Delete only ids present in state [evidence: documented_workaround]
    Applies when: Message trimming nodes
    Steps:
    1. ids = {m.id for m in state["messages"]}
    2. return {"messages": [RemoveMessage(id=i) for i in to_remove if i in ids]}
    Expected: Reducer applies deletions
