    Recommended action: Restart with CLAUDE_CODE_FORCE_SESSION_PERSISTENCE=1 or remove the variable from the launcher environment.

    2. Unset CLAUDE_CODE_CHILD_SESSION / CLAUDE_CODE_SKIP_PROMPT_HISTORY
    3. Or start with CLAUDE_CODE_FORCE_SESSION_PERSISTENCE=1
