    Public source: https://github.com/github/copilot-cli/issues/5074 . The reporter states that this environment variable disables the offer in their setup. The same report shows the affected 1.0.93 flow adding a Shift+Enter `sendInput` action to the user's Windows Terminal settings when the preselected Yes option is accepted. As of retrieval on 2026-10-11, no maintainer response or released fix was established.
