    Recommended action: Upgrade the server's MCP SDK to a release supporting 2026-07-28 (or at least one that negotiates/accepts newer header versions); rebuild and redeploy the container.

    Applies when: Servers on TS SDK <= 1.29.x receiving 2026-07-28 clients
    Steps:
    1. npm i @modelcontextprotocol/sdk@latest
    2. Rebuild image and redeploy
    3. Reconnect connector
