## Title

    Proposed fix: [VS Code CLI code tunnel service install] 'Error creating dbus session. This command uses systemd for managing services...' on WSL/containers without user systemd/dbus

## Body

    Recommended action: Enable systemd in WSL ([boot] systemd=true), install dbus-user-session and reboot, run systemctl --user enable dbus --now; in containers run `code tunnel` in the foreground under your own supervisor instead of the service installer. If already registered, run `code tunnel service uninstall` first.
    
    Option: Provide user systemd/dbus or run tunnel in foreground [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Linux/WSL service install fails
    Steps:
    1. WSL: add [boot] systemd=true to /etc/wsl.conf and wsl --shutdown
    2. Install dbus-user-session; systemctl --user enable dbus --now
    3. Retry code tunnel service install
    4. Containers: run code tunnel directly under your process supervisor
    Expected: Service registers or tunnel runs.
