    Recommended action: If you must keep sessionful 2025 clients working, route legacy traffic (isLegacyRequest predicate) to a separate sessionful handler; otherwise upgrade clients to 2026-07-28. Clients should treat 405 on GET as 'no standalone stream' and poll/refresh lists instead.
