    Recommended action: Upgrade to OpenAI 2.9.1+ (SourceLink is build-only again) or pin 2.8.0.
    
    Fix: Upgrade OpenAI NuGet to 2.9.1+ [evidence: released_fix]

    Steps:
    1. dotnet add package OpenAI --version 2.9.1 (or later)
    2. Clean and rebuild
    Expected: SourceLink targets no longer injected
