## Body

    Recommended action: Keep write transactions short; set transaction_mode='IMMEDIATE' (Django 5.1+) or BEGIN IMMEDIATE; raise the timeout option; consider WAL journal mode via init_command PRAGMA; or move to a client-server database for real concurrency.
    
    Option: Use IMMEDIATE transactions [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Django >= 5.1 on SQLite with concurrent writers
    Steps:
    1. DATABASES['default']['OPTIONS']['transaction_mode']='IMMEDIATE'
    2. Keep transactions short; avoid ATOMIC_REQUESTS
