    Proposed fix: [VS Code JS/TS] 'The path <p> doesn't point to a valid tsserver install. Falling back to bundled TypeScript version.' — typescript.tsdk / js/ts.tsdk.path points to a missing node_modules

## Body

    Recommended action: Install dependencies (npm/pnpm install) so node_modules/typescript/lib exists, fix the path (e.g. ./node_modules/typescript/lib), then 'TypeScript: Select TypeScript Version' -> Use Workspace Version. With Yarn PnP, run the Yarn SDK setup so a tsserver path exists.
