    Recommended action: Upgrade the client/SDK or unset a hard-coded DOCKER_API_VERSION so it negotiates; for 'too new', upgrade the daemon or let the client negotiate down. As a temporary measure on the daemon host, set DOCKER_MIN_API_VERSION to the needed version.
