    Proposed fix: [MCP Python SDK 2.x MCPServer] 'TypeError: MCPServer.__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'port'' / 'ValueError: "Settings" object has no field "port"' — transport params moved

## Body

    Recommended action: Pass transport keywords to mcp.run(transport=..., host=..., port=..., json_response=..., stateless_http=...) or streamable_http_app(json_response=..., stateless_http=...) for mounted apps.
    
    Fix: Move transport keywords to run()/streamable_http_app() [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: All v1->v2 server ports
    Steps:
    1. Construct MCPServer with identity/auth/lifespan only
    2. Call mcp.run(transport='streamable-http', host='0.0.0.0', port=9000, stateless_http=True, json_response=True)
    3. For mounted apps, pass keywords to streamable_http_app() and keep the host lifespan entering mcp.session_manager.run()
    4. Read env vars yourself if you want env-driven config
    Expected: Server starts with intended binding and HTTP behavior
