    FACT: The corrected implementation selected the explicit occurrence carried through the client and applied Europe/Madrid civil-day rules, inclusive date-only ends, exclusive timed ends, and continuous-interval overlap only when continuity was explicitly supported. Unknown schedule-dependent multi-day coverage remained unknown and was not expanded into daily sessions. RECOMMENDATION: keep event identity, occurrence identity, and series/envelope identity separate; require tests for date-only, timed, continuous, unknown, DST, midnight, and missing-end cases. LIMITATION: this cannot recover pages or sessions that the source never captured.
