    Recommended action: Upgrade typer to >=0.18.0 (or the CLI to a release that supports Click 8.3); if the CLI itself cannot be upgraded, pin click<8.3.0 (8.2.1 reported working).
    
    Option: Upgrade typer (>=0.18.0) or pin click<8.3.0 [evidence: external_success_report]
    Applies when: Any Typer/Click CLI failing at startup with this TypeError
    Steps:
    1. pip show click typer
    2. If typer < 0.18.0: pip install -U 'typer>=0.18.0' (if the app permits)
    3. Otherwise: pip install 'click<8.3.0'
    4. Re-run '<cli> --help'
    Expected: CLI starts normally
