    Recommended action: Upgrade ai/@ai-sdk/react to a release containing PR #21203; until then, block new user messages while an approval is pending (or auto-deny stale approvals).
    
    Option: Upgrade past PR #21203; gate input while approvals pending [evidence: released_fix]
