    Option: Point pyright at the project environment [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Installed packages not seen by pyright
    Steps:
    1. CLI: pyright --pythonpath .venv/bin/python, or pyrightconfig.json {"venvPath": ".", "venv": ".venv"}
    2. VS Code/Pylance: Python: Select Interpreter -> .venv
    3. Set "verboseOutput": true and check the logged search paths
    Expected: Imports resolve.
