    Recommended action: Set your own project: gcloud config set project <PROJECT_ID> or export GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT, with Gemini for Cloud / Code Assist enabled on it.

    Applies when: Starting Gemini CLI in Google Cloud Shell with Login with Google
    Steps:
    1. gcloud config set project <PROJECT_ID> (or export GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT).
    2. Enable the Gemini for Google Cloud API on that project.
    3. Restart gemini.
    Expected: The error no longer appears.
