## Body

    Recommended action: Set PYTORCH_ENABLE_MPS_FALLBACK=1 in the environment before torch is imported (the variable is read when the MPS library registers its fallback), accept slower CPU execution for those ops, or upgrade torch for newer MPS coverage.
    
    Option: Enable CPU fallback at process start [evidence: official_recommended_action]
