## Body

    FACT: Independent QA source, public, output, configuration, and machine-readable synthetic markers preserve the distinction between visual diagnostics and governed product content. RECOMMENDATION: Keep normal pages structural and honest, and scan the normal artifact for every QA marker or diagnostic string. LIMITATION: Output and receipt identity must be isolated, not only a visible label.
